Chicago counts on news stations like WVON to keep them informed and help to navigate the intricacies of today's happenings especially as they relate to civil and human rights issues.It can be a daunting task. I don't have the latest technology or a team of field reporters at my disposal. I do have an incredibly hard-working team and a sincere respect for the stories we tell.
